Ruby red colour, nose is fresh, fruity and rich with aromas of black fruits. Mouth is greedy, with fat tannins clearly presents.
This wine is ideal served with a lamb tagine, grilled fish or meat kebabs, grilled scallops, fresh tofu, cured meats, a light stew, kidneys, pizza, barbecues, light soups, French onion soup and bleu cheese from Auvergne.
